1. Open the official MTCA Expatriates Taxpayer Registration form below. 2. Enter your personal details, Maltese address, date of arrival and employment date where relevant. 3. Add your Maltese Social Security Number if the form asks for it and you have one. 4. Choose the reason for registration and upload any declaration or supporting document requested by the form. Married applicants living in Malta with their spouse may be asked for marriage and residence documents. 5. Review the details before submitting. EU citizens who have already applied for a Social Security Number are specifically told by MTCA that they do not need to re-apply for an income-tax number through this e-form.
