A change in designation must be notified through the appropriate Identità application. Identità warns that failure to notify a change of position or employer may result in revocation of the residence permit.

For a change in designation, Identità currently lists an applicable fee of €300. For occupations in the health sector and roles involving elderly and disability care, the listed fee is €150.
